Add Orkitt 556 board preliminary support #73

Orkitt 556 board, used by @cocus, is based on the 8018X (EB variant), that is similar to the R8810 of the already supported Advantech SNMP-1000 board.

@cocus : going to push that OR556 preliminary support to master. To complete the emulation, I need you to complete your ELKS port with serial input & EOI, so that I can code the counterpart in EMU86.

I'll use the emu86 to evaluate and test the serial input, and check how to proceed with the EOI
