+ based on a ContactType (IODEF) class, need to tease out the details of how 
ContactCC works, then the router can mirror the right messages to the right 
mirror port

+ the router will have different "uuid" based mirror ports that other 
federations (orgs) can connect to and get the intel data in realtime, instead 
of having to parse a feed
