Invalid plugin.yml #143

I am getting the following error on my paper 1.18.1 (build 132) server:

Could not load 'plugins/ChestSort.jar' in folder 'plugins'
org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidDescriptionException: Invalid plugin.yml

Redownload the .jar file from SpigotMC, the download is broken.
