Esc should close slide index in Windows #129

Haven't tried it in other OS. but would be great if Esc would close the slide index. Currently we have to hit to close it.

Fair, sounds good. I'm in the process of adding custom keybindings so you could customize it as well, but this sounds like a sane default.
