This detects Konsole and uses the iterm image protocol when under it. While it seems like they have partial support for the kitty protocol, they don't handle the z (z-index) option correctly so images don't show up at all. This instead uses the iterm one which is less efficient but works, although they don't seem to respect the row count property but at least images do show up.
