Add fawry-api/fawry

API-Wrappers and SDKs do not qualify. It is not a standalone project

Sorry I assumed this is affiliated to Fawry the company, that is why I rejected it. @amrrbakry do you own this project as an idividual? does it mean that oneday you might also support other platforms? like Bee or Aman?

I assumed that because the Org name was fawry-api.

no worries 👍. Yes, I own the project and the organization. I created the organization because other developers reached out to me asking to port the project to other languages, and the organization has all of that in one place.

I'm not currently using Bee or Aman, but if I were to support these platforms, I'd probably create a new project for each and leave this one solely for fawry. I'll keep maintaining this project, and I'm also looking for contributors and maintainers to help.
