Hello! I am planning on writing a filter library similar to this one in Julia. I would like you use your new_filters.hd5 library in my package as well, and the MIT license seems permissive enough to allow this. If you'd like, though, perhaps you could upload the data to Zenodo, which would (1) provide consistent hosting and CDN and (2) would attach a DOI allowing direct citation of the data. If you end up using Zenodo I will add an appropriate citation for the data.

I recommend using the interface to SVO profile service if the references are needed.
