sqlexpr.0.8.0 for 4.06.0 #29

Currently it seems that opam still install sqlexpr.0.6.0 for ocaml 4.06.0. Although it installs , the compiler does not seem to understand the syntax extensions.

sqlexpr.0.9.0 is installable on 4.06.0
