[Bug] Intellisense lapses #274

There are many many times when intellisense fails to present results. It will eventually catch up, but until then I see this:

I only see this experience with mfractor installed.

I am debugging and using XAML Hot Reload here with an internal 8.7 preview, and Xamarin.Forms 4.8 preview.
