StaticResources from ResizetizerNT are not being Recognized #318

As reported on the issue #316, resources declared with ResizetizerNT library are not being recognized by MFractor Code Analysis and incorrectly showing an error. I have made a test project and found the issue is actually happening on a brand new project. We're working on a fix for this issue.
