JSON exporter should only export selected and referred to objects #69

when exporting data and a selection is active, bauble should only export what has been selected, not the whole database. imagine we select plants modified during one month, and start an export, we only want those plants in the selection, not everything.

maybe there could be an intermediate window where you fine tune the details of the export.
