accession verification should allow species addition #79

while reviewing an accession, you can alter its species identification. not only you need be able to see the pictures of all the individual plants associated to the accession (issue #80), it may also be so that the new species is not there yet, so you would want to be able to open the species editor and come back to the accession verification tab.
