log/Protokoll to include points assignment #3

an extra column in the Log window could show the process of points attribution. a + would indicate the incremental total for the soloist. a - would be for the opponents. bold could be used as soon as the soloist score exceeds 60.

similarly, it would be nice if the window informing of the result would also give an indication of how the value of the game was computed.

commit 3e54ba5 makes more explicit how the value of the game was computed, something that is related to this issue but not literally the same.
