Enable/disable video of a specific participant #5

In some cases the user don't want to receive the video-stream of all participants. The option to disable some video-streams should be given to the user.

UI Integration solution: Right-click context-menu on video-frame or entry in participant list could provide this option.

Most stuff is implemented, especially the server side. Client side will come with 0.4.
