Swap-Free Notify-Patch from previous versions no longer works on .29 (used
for Android)
To fix patch: 
Line for .29 in blkdev.h patch starts at 1087
Line 514 for 1st part of patch for swapfile.c
Line 520 for 2nd part of patch for swapfile.c
