CyberCIEGE logs do not transfer to the VM

The CyberCIEGE lab generates its own logs that are supposed to transfer to the xfer directory of the VM. That seems to have been broken when artifact collection was expanded to include the "other_users" path.

When CyberCIEGE logs are collected in Labtainers via the player "collect logs" menu, they should be saved in the /home/ubuntu directory instead of the default.
