Update README #143

Added a note regarding the settings file format.

Hello,

I figured that it might be beneficial for new users of both the editor and the extension to understand that the settings file for the extension uses the JSON format.

While the format may be obvious to a user who already uses Sublime - may not be for a new user.

FYI - The failed build seems to not be related to my change.
