Conda recipies? #36

Hi,

I wanted to install the NGSutils in my conda environment, on a external cluster. I am afraid that the "make" process did not work then. Is there any way to install it using conda? Or are there alternative ways to install in external?

Hi, unfortunately we don't provide a way to install ngsUtils using conda, and I presume we are not planning to do it. Some packages in ngsTools are now largely surpassed by various functionalities in ANGSD and therefore we don't plan any further development.
