App sends options during registration

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Power up and sign in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Apps should send method "REGISTER". It is sending methed " OPTIONS"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

IMSDroid V2.0.453 Androd 2.2 
Please provide any additional information below.
