header does not support UTF-8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Our PC sip client use Chinese display name
2. Our PC sip client call imsdroid 
3. Can not call because UTF-8 char in 'From' header, we found imsdroid parse 
'from' header error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
