Add API docs generated using vimcats #655

Alo changes the order of some functions to ensure the more important ones appear first in the docs.

Cannot update due to this change. I am seeing error: Vim:E154: Duplicate tag "lint" in file /home/mikaelki/.local/share/nvim/lazy/nvim-lint/doc/lint.txt

Seems like the doc contains 2x *lint*.
