I am looking for a wiki to use for my site, this one is our choice but it feels like the project has been abandoned.

Is this the case?

hey, sad but a little true. It's still used by few big sites (like python.org.ar, the official Argentina's python community site), so we'll need to keep it alive. I'm totally open to accept contributions.
