New media directive #39

This adds a media reStructured text directive using https://github.com/coleifer/micawber

How does it work?

.. media:: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0eWawTdt_w

will embed the "Yoghurt" video by Ylvis. Works with other video providers and with some non-video things too, thanks to OpenEmbed
