Moves copy of loaded lineages in setup, adds a test of enet with LOSO & sequence reweighting

Closes #160

Thanks a lot John! Especially for adding a test. If you have no other changes planned I can make a new release when this is merged

Ah yeah forgot to bump the version as usual, will do that now! Happy for you to go ahead and merge & release after that passes
