It is normal for Manhattan plot to have points of different size? It is probably the overlap of points that creates a point of bigger size or it has to do with the number of unitigs?
Hello,
After performing a unitigs analysis, i put the generated plot and the .gff file in phandango and i have something like this:![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/74925521/137893034-2d4b2ebb-6117-43b3-8114-036dbfd2a0c3.png)
It is normal for Manhattan plot to have points of different size? It is probably the overlap of points that creates a point of bigger size or it has to do with the number of unitigs?
Thank you in advance :)
