phandango manhattan plot #175

Hello,

After performing a unitigs analysis, i put the generated plot and the .gff file in phandango and i have something like this: image

It is normal for Manhattan plot to have points of different size? It is probably the overlap of points that creates a point of bigger size or it has to do with the number of unitigs?

Thank you in advance :)

In phandango, with k-mers or unitigs, point size relates to the length of the mapped sequence (longer seq, larger point)
