Set up CKAN infrastructure on servers

The CKAN has been installed on udltest1 can be accessed on udltest1.cs.ucl.ac.uk via VPN can harvest data from other CKAN server, as well as CSW server and WAF

Thanks @metaljovi ,

As far as I am concerned the task to set up CKAN infrastructure is completed. The last thing we can consider is to open up external firewall to the CKAN website when we are happy to provide this proof-of-concept service. @zengin123 what's your take on the timing of this?

As per our yesterday's conversation we will open up access to this proof-of-concept service in September. Consequently I assume this task is closed.
