Using the left navigation panel, navigate to a subdirectory in the "dir_files" frame, then open a file. The file will open up a new tab instead of in the "main_files" frame. This doesn't happen if the "dir_files" frame is all_files or "./".
This happens in Firefox, not Safari.
This seems to be only in issue in the Firefox 3 betas on Mac and is working in Firefox 3 beta 5, so I'm marking this resolved.
