website/mscgen disagrees + website out of date

Disagreement - the website states (under "Description of Mscgen Language" -
first table):

"Lines starting with # or // are ignored, as a C-style comments wrapped in
/* and */"

However mscgen (0.16) chokes on "/*".

Out of date (under "Description of Mscgen Language" - first table):

It mentions width and what it does, but the sample does not use width but
hscale.

Multi-line C comments are now fixed on trunk at r54.  Note that this probably 
never
worked!

Both 'width' and 'hscale' are valid, one gives an absolute output canvas width, 
the
other a scale factor.  I've made that a little clearer on the website.
