mscgen 0.17 installs doc in /usr/share/doc/ and not /usr/share/doc/mscgen/

Hi

I just tried to rebuild mscgen-0.17 (the source package from the website)
and it installs the documentation in /usr/share/doc rather than
/usr/share/doc/mscgen

./mscgen/usr/share/doc/README
./mscgen/usr/share/doc/COPYING
./mscgen/usr/share/doc/ChangeLog

I believe the docdir variable set in configure.ac should have been
"'${datadir}/doc/mscgen'" [1].

Whoops - that's not good.

I've added mscgen to the docdir definition and checked the behaviour.  It looks 
as
expected now, so I've updated all the packages.
