What version of mscgen are you using? 0.20
On what operating system? linux ubuntu 12.04

What enhancement would you like?

I would like to have the possibility to add references to other mscfiles. This 
would help in
a) better reeuse msc's as submsc's in other msc's
b) better overview in larger msc's

The referenced msc's should then be automatically linked in output formats 
where its possible (e.g svg and doxygen) or as advanced feature, referenced 
msc's should also be generated.

As far as i have googled for msc, this would be an hmsc (high-level-msc) 
feature?
