This might be an issue where the emoji images from https://cdn.jsdelivr.net cannot be loaded due to external resources being blocked. Make sure you can insert an image manually, e.g. https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/joypixels/emoji-assets@v7.0.0/png/64/263a.png
