New WebSlidePanel component #141

Add new component - WebSlidePanel. This is a tabbedpane-like component that allows sliding through the tabs content. Very similar to the WebCalendar months sliding approach.

There is a chance this might be implemented as an optional flag for tabbed pane, but this have to be investigated first.

Also moving this to v2 updates due to changes in future delivery of updates.
