Material Design skin #357

Add Material Design -like WebLaF skin. Here is a link for visual reference: https://www.google.com/design/spec/components/

I will be adding this skin along with transition animations as the style requires some. Not yet sure when exactly this will be added, probably along with v1.3.0 release.

It's a great idea! Do you have any idea of the release data of this skin ? I'm planning to buy a commercial licence of your library, you did a great job with WebLaF ;)

@yoannpe Since material design involves a lot of animations I will most probably be adding this skin in v1.3.0 release or in v1.3.1 depending on the situation. And it is at least a few more months until v1.3.0 release for sure due to the major styling improvements coming along with it.
