WebOverlay component revamp #568

Current WebOverlay component implementations is quite outdated, has a lot of issues and also simply lacks customizability and styling support.

I have already started working on newer version quite a while ago, but had to finish multiple other changes and fixes first, but now might be a good chance to get back to WebOverlay. I'll schedule it for v1.2.12 for now.

Moving this to v1.2.11 since I'll soon be merging in some old changes that I had locally and those include rework for WebOverlay component.

Component have been revamped, it will be available in v1.2.11 release. It will also be available quite soon in SNAPSHOT artifacts: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/com/weblookandfeel/
