Advice to mgba Switch-Fix #1786

Sorry, my expression may have been misunderstood because my English is not very good!

Because the Switch will delete directories other than the Switch folder when updating the homebrew system, and copy new files. At present, all homebrew software emulators are in the Switch folder, so I hope that my favorite mgba can also join the Switch. Avoid accidental deletion.

I use the atmosphere, there are many folders under sdmc, so I want to move sdmc:/mgba/ to sdmc:/switch/mgba/, because mgba.nro already exists sdmc:/switch/, if the mgba folder is migrated to Switch Then the folder mgba.nro can be put in sdmc:/switch/mgba/mgba.nro, this will be very concise, I express it this way I don’t know if you understand it, haha

For example, update Atmosphère 0.12.0 and Kosmos 16.1, these self-made systems to get the latest SWITCH version support
