Config settings per game #2293

I would like to suggest the possibility to set config settings to specific games.

With this, it would be possible to set specific key mapping for games (for example set the A button to equivalent of the Y button and the L button to the equivalent of the A button on a Nintendo controller for Mega Man Zero series) or specify a shader X for a game and a shader Y for another without having to reconfig everything everytime we open an game.

Hm, I thought there was already an open ticket for this. Regardless, this is planned already but I haven't started work on it yet.

Well... I searched before opening the issue, but I cant find nothing related. But is nice to know it is already planned :)
