Add shortcut profiles + an unbound all button #2470

An example of how it could look (preferably with a confirmation box for the Unbound all button) (the image is edited, not coded): shortcut2

This would help improve productivity I feel as it is currently very tedious to remove everything one-by-one, and not having profiles even though you may use different hotkeys for different situations (speedrunning, practice, casual, ...) means you have to either manually keep a copy of config files or have multiple copies of mGBA.
