Does just leaving it running in the background crash eventually? Does the crash include just the game or the whole emulator? You also didn't attach the bug report.

This was taken after I reloaded the file using the most recent save-state, which appears to have been right before the crash. I've never left the emulator running longer then 75 minutes (the length of my break at work).
lockup-2023-01-19-CausedWholeScreenFlickering.zip This time the game locked up, at the same time the entire laptop screen started flicking and continued after I closed the emulator: not sure which way causation runs. However, since it was the game locked up and not the entire emulator I was able to generate a bug report.
GDI leak, probably the OS itself, or a driver rather than mgba.
I've now had two crashes now in Final Fantasy Tactics: Advance in 0.10.1, when I had about 40 hours on the same PC without any problems whatsoever before updating the version.

Not sure how to give more information, but I took a bug report including the save file and savestate right after I reloaded the system the most recent time, which is obviously after the crash, but would hopefully be helpful.
Possibly related: In 0.10.1 I have a fair amount of screen flickering, when I had none on the prior stable version.
Am willing to do additional tests and such, but not sure what to do as I can't predict the crashes.
