Some games run at double speed #3194

On last development version, konami games (Konami Krazy Racers ) and blizzard games (Rock n'Roll Racing) run at double speed, Sword of Mana run at wrong speed.

This is probably still broken on all of the homebrew platforms. I will need to investigate.
