Specifically I'd be interested in gba-color -> XBR.
While not as convenient, it is possible to work around this limitation by duplicating a shader folder and editing it. Instructions can be found in this reddit thread, but the summary is that you copy over the fs files and then add the instructions from the second shader's manifest as a second pass at the bottom of the first manifest.
Currently it is possible to load a certain shader. A feature enhancement could be to stack another shader on top of the first shader. Means: color correction -> Shader 1 -> Shader 2.
