Maven repository isn't assessable #237

I couldn't connect to the maven repository by the following url
http://jmesa.org/maven

Page Not Found

Your Maven POM should work now. I uploaded the latest jar file. 

You can download it at http://jmesa.org/maven/jmesa/jmesa/2.4.5/jmesa-2.4.5.jar.

I've get the following exception:
"Unable to update index for http://jmesa.org/maven"

It should not have to write anything to it should it? It is try that that 
folder is
not accessible directly, but there is not anything in it either. The only files 
in
that directory path are under the jmesa/jmesa/{version} directories.
