Rename english locale to jmesaResourceBunde_en.properties #247

If default locale is not english you cannot get english locales.

set Locale.setDefault(Locale.GERMAN)

if webContext.getLocale() is ENGLISH jmesa renders german locales.

Rename the properties file will fix it.

So you are saying that your server is not picking up the
jmesaResourceBunde_en_US.properties? What application server do you use
(Tomcat, ect...)?

I could certainly have another file with that naming in it.
