how to make time picker editable from Owl Date Time Picker library #2276

Hi, I'm using this library https://www.npmjs.com/package/ng-pick-datetime to use date and time picker in my application. But the problem is when i use independent time picker from this library it doesn't let me edit the time from time picker so i can be able to enter the time manually. But in the above plugin examples, it is editable but the editable option is not there when I actually use. can anyone please help me with this if i'm missing any attribute which can make time picker time editable?
