homebridge-tydom plugin with iobroker ham adapter #63

Hello Olivier,

I'm using your plugin to control my Tydom thermos - thanks for your effort to create this plugin. Mainly I'm using iobroker to control my smart home - not sure if you have heard anything about it. It's a platform to connect your stuff which is normally not compatible with each other with datapoints.

Additionally it's more comfortable to create rules and triggers than in HomeKit itself.

On this platform there's a solution to integrate homebridge devices into the platform with the ham adapter Because I want to process the Tydom thermo states with some other stuff and control my thermos in dependency with other states (datapoints) in iobroker I've installed the ham adapter in connection with your homebridge-tydom adapter.

Basically it's working - after installation the adapter creates the datapoints for the various thermostats automatically including temperature / target and current state and the absence mode. But after a while and some temperature changes the current temperature isn't shown correct in the datapoints and also if I change values in the datapoints they're not transferred correctly to the thermos (Official Tydom app shows other values)

I'm using the mediation.tydom.com url not the local ip if the Tydom box and my normal user data.

Node Version 14.15.4 is no problem, isn't it?

Since your plugin works at the "normal" homebridge without the iobroker integration, it is clear to me that you may not be able to do much in this case, but maybe you have a suggestion for me what the problem could be.

Thanks in advance Christian
