I recently bought a new house with a Delta Dore system installed, and I really want to make it work with Homekit. However, it seems like Delta Dore has moved away from passwords, so when I set up my Tydom 1.0, I had to use the button on the back to associate my account with the box. There were no options to reset or re-enter a new password, so that means I’m missing a Tydom password.
I’m logged into my Tydom 1.0 in the Tydom app and everything works well, but I’m hitting a dead end when trying to get the plugin to work as I don’t have the password and are not able to reset it.
Is there a way to get this working without the Tydom password?
Also, the devices I’m trying to get to work is Tyxia 4940 and Delta 8000. I can’t see them in the list of supported devices, but do you think they should work?
