iOS crash #11

Hi, The package worked perfect when I connect my iPhone to computer and run it. It scans the codes fine. After pushing the code to testflight, the min I open the camera the app crashes. Is there something I am missing when pushing to testfligt?

It is also happening on Android APK as well.

Please provide a reproducible test case, it's working fine for me.
