Added support for CLF. New flags can easily be added in run.py.
Drive by: changed the output a bit so that no-verbose mode gives some info about the matches anyways.
As the diff here is simple but big, I added this as a separate PR with #7 as a diffbase. I will change the diffbase to master once #7 is in.
