Google Earth Toolbox could not load in MatLab #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy the file to program file toolbox
2. write command on matlab command window 
>> addpath('C:\Program 
Files\MATLAB\R2009a\toolbox\googleearth_matlab\googleearth')

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Google Earth toolbox to be shown in the start menu but the toolbox didn't show 
up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MatLab 7.8.0(R2009a), Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
When I look at the help demos, there is google earth toolbox. Other than that, 
didn't manage to see that.

When I install the GOOGLEEARTH TOOL ,THERE are three error as follow:
>> googleearth
% Correct usage is one of:
%  >> googleearth -docinstall
%  >> googleearth -setbrowser
%  >> googleearth -version

>> googleearth -docinstall
Adding 'demo' folder to the path...Done.
Warning: Non-fatal error during version file update. 
> In googleearth at 29 
Warning: An error occurred during writing of googleearth 'info.xml' file 
> In googleearth at 52 
Adopting user-customized styles for documentation files...

Click on the MATLAB Start button->Desktop Tools->View Source Files...
...and click Refresh Start Button.

I get a similar error, but in Octave instead of MatLab:

octave:2> googleearth -docinstall
warning: 
c:\users\David\Documents\RepositoryClones\googleEarthToolbox\skawtus-octave\octa

ab-style short-circuit operator at line 179, column 30
