Resizeable log window #133

When I drag log window between my different resolution monitors (4k and qhd), log window develops a nasty visual gap under the "close" button.

With this fix, it's gone, plus the log window is now properly resizeable. Tried to keep defaults the same but allow to make it smaller if necessary.
