Re-generated mGear API docs using sphinx-apidoc. Ideally, in the future we should automatize this step by adding it as a pre-step within readthedocs build process.
Fixed Sphinx conf.py file by fixing the path where mGear source is located and also setting up some autodoc_mock_imports, so some of the specific Maya modules (cmds, pymel, PySide) are ignored during the documentation building process.
